metro access comfortable layout ample machines

The room had a well-designed layout. The hotel seemed new and comfortable overall. The location offered easy access to two metro stations. The pool area had ample washing machines for convenient laundry, so I didn't need to pack many clothes..

Sometimes the entry key did not work, requiring a return to reception for a fix.

small bed motorcycle noise

the gym facilities met my expectations. (i liked the treadmill).

the beds were small with only 0.8 m of width, and i worried about falling. the pillow was too thick, and it didn't help with sleep. i could hear loud motorcycle noises at night, which also affected sleep.

Amazing experience!

washing facilities vending machines convenient option

My stay involved a Premier room. The room has in-room washing facilities, a great convenience for our trip. Vending machines offering beer and coffee is available in the lobby. These options were good to have at my disposal.

The experience was less than perfect. Our room didn't undergo cleaning on the arranged day. The staff gave an excuse about missing the designated cleaning day. This was frustrating considering we'd been out all day.

The hotel has proximity to Little India. It gave very easy entry to many Indian food places, especially Apollo Food Village. Little India MRT station is also nearby.

missing handles no housekeeping

the location is good near public transport i found the pool acceptable for a quick dip

i was frustrated that there was no housekeeping available for the weekend i thought it was unacceptable for the price i paid the gym was also disappointing a lot of the cable handles were missing it was almost useless for a proper workout

Great location and good amenities

convenient location short walk premier room

The location was very convenient to Indian restaurants. The MRT station was a short walk away. We really liked the Premier room. In-room washing facilities were really useful for our needs.

Our room wasn't cleaned even though we were out all day. We came back at 5:30 PM and found the room untidy. Cleaning staff knocked at that time and said they were just starting to clean. We found this disappointing.

a mixed bag of experiences

poor breakfast inflexible cleaning

the location was walkable to both the bus stop and mrt station, and there were many food options nearby.

The breakfast was quite disappointing. It was a grab and go style. we ended up buying breakfast daily from outside. also, cleaning was scheduled for only two days per week, based on their time.

good size quiet room

the room had a good size, especially the bathroom. the room was quiet. the hotel is convenient to rochor and little india mrt stations. i will use it again.

the room was not cleaned despite our request. we were out the entire day and returned to find it still untidy! the staff's handling of the situation was upsetting.
